Thank you for visiting Legacy Dreams//The Rose Garden! By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Processing Time:

  • We gladly accept custom orders tailored to your preferences. However, please note that once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned.

2. Product Variations:

  • Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of our items, there may be slight variations in color, size, and design from the images displayed on our website. We strive to ensure consistency, but each piece is unique.

3. Order Processing:

  •  We are a small business, and each item is handmade with care, which may require additional time. During peak times, our turnaround time for processing orders is between 6 to 8 weeks.

4. Communication:

  • We aim to keep you informed about the status of your order. You will receive confirmation emails upon order placement, as well as when the item ships. Please feel free to reach out to our management team if you have not received it after the TAT is completed. 

5. Payment:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept all major forms of payment. Please be advised, there are no refunds on custom handmade products. 

6. Shipping:

  • We offer shipping to anywhere in the US. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

7. Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.
